Quaverato Harmonic Tremolo DIY KIT
The Quaverato Harmonic Tremolo Pedal is a feature-packed DIY kit that delivers classic tremolo textures, modern flexibility, and rich analog tone—all under digital control. With an optional full MIDI implementation, it’s designed for players who want expressive control onstage or in the studio.
At its core, the Quaverato offers both Traditional (in-phase) and Harmonic (out-of-phase) tremolo modes, along with up to 15 dB of gain. Its unique architecture modulates high and low frequencies independently, creating lush, swirling harmonic movement you won’t find in typical tremolo pedals. Inside, additional trim controls let you fine-tune the crossover frequency and adjust the individual HIGH and LOW signal-path levels for total tonal shaping.
The bypass footswitch can function as either a latching toggle or a momentary switch, depending on how you like to perform. You also get all the essential tremolo controls: LFO wave shape, rate, depth, and spacing (also known as shift or duty cycle), plus a dedicated tap tempo footswitch with a selectable time-division multiplier. Switching is quiet, true-bypass, and designed with click suppression for smooth operation.
Add the optional MIDI upgrade and you gain full remote control over every parameter the Quaverato offers.
VPM-1 Volume Pedal Mod for Ernie Ball Volume Pedals
The VPM-1 is a complete upgrade for the Ernie Ball VP Jr. volume pedal, replacing the traditional string-and-potentiometer system with a modern magnet and Hall-effect sensor for ultra-reliable, maintenance-free performance. Your signal stays fully analog while being digitally controlled, giving you clean headroom from an internal 18-volt boost, a 14 dB gain option for pushing tube amps, and a buffered tuner out that can also feed a second effects chain.
Choose from five selectable volume tapers—three reverse-log curves that mimic the classic VP Jr. sweep, plus linear and logarithmic options—and save your favorite as a power-on preset. Advanced users can even create their own custom tapers using our open-source Arduino code. A built-in calibration mode lets you set your personal minimum and maximum volume points anywhere along the pedal’s travel.
Optional upgrades include stereo operation (with switchable panning mode) and an expression-output module compatible with a wide variety of pedals.
